Deroulement d’un cours

Chaque cours commence par un échauffement léger, suivi de l’apprentissage des techniques de base (prise du club, posture, swing). Les enfants pratiquent ensuite à travers des exercices ludiques et des jeux pour améliorer leur précision et leur concentration. Une partie de la séance se déroule sur le parcours, où ils appliquent ce qu’ils ont appris en conditions réelles. Le cours se termine par un retour personnalisé et des conseils pour progresser.
